Returns

Returns are accepted within a cool-off period of 14 days. We do not accept returns after 14 days.

- You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement and return the order for a period of 14 days after you have received your order, without giving any reason.
- Any payments made will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.
- Products can only be returned unused and, if possible, in their original packaging.
- Markers, pens, watercolour brushes and sets that have already been used cannot be returned.
- Used fountain pens can be returned, however € 12.50 incl. VAT will be deducted from the credit for cleaning and restoring the original condition.
- The risk and costs for returning the order are at your own expense.
- It is not possible to exchange items.

You may send your return request to info@penstore.nl. We will send you the return instructions as soon as possible.

Please note: we only process returns that have been registered in advance.


Credit terms

We are affiliated with Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, and apply the following with regard to crediting (as prescribed by the Foundation):

​"The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer."
