Shipping
We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 working days provided all ordered items are in stock. If an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately in the ordered quantity, we will ensure that your order is shipped within a maximum of 5 working days. If a longer delay occurs, we will let you know via email.
For shipping orders, we use DHL, PostNL, or DPD. When completing your order, you can choose from the available shipping methods. You will also immediately see the shipping costs and expected delivery time.
It is important that you provide the correct delivery address with your order. If the address is incorrect, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered. The actual costs for re-shipping are at your own expense.
Adjusting or changing your order
Once you have placed your order on our website, the order is immediately sent to our warehouse to be packed. If the order has been paid for and all items are in stock, our warehouse system ensures that your order is processed. At that moment, your order can unfortunately no longer be adjusted, changed, or canceled. You can, however, return your order after receipt.
Free shipping
For the Netherlands: If your order is greater than € 59, the shipping costs are on us. For customers in Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from € 79.
DHL Letterbox Parcel
DHL Letterbox Parcel is a smart and reliable shipping method for smaller orders. The big advantage? The shipment is simply delivered to your mailbox – so you don't have to stay home for it. In addition, you always receive a Track & Trace code, so you know exactly when your package is on its way and when it will be delivered. This provides extra security and convenience.
DHL Parcel
With DHL Parcel, you will receive your order quickly. DHL delivers parcel post from Monday to Saturday in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DHL will try to deliver your order to your neighbors. If this is not possible, you can pick up your order at the nearest collection point within 7 days. Keep an eye on the track and trace information for this.
Shipping costs and delivery
We use DHL, PostNL, or DPD for international shipments. These shipments are provided with track and trace. We cannot deliver your order to a PO Box address.

International deliveries and VAT
Deliveries within the Netherlands and EU countries are standardly charged with the Dutch VAT rate of 21%. For foreign business customers within the EU with a valid VAT number, it is possible to order without VAT (intra-community delivery). For this, a VAT-free account must be created; this must be done before you place your order.
Please note: orders already placed cannot be adjusted. In this case, you must reclaim the VAT in your own country.
